Ladies Who Ferment fundraising workshop for Action Aid, charity that works with women and girls living in poverty , Gaza Crisis Appeal.
Join us at Parlez for an evening of tasting and making delicious fermented foods. We will share our knowledge on how to make seasonal kimchi and zingy autumnal torshi and you will go home with two different ferments that will enrich your daily meals.

Please bring two ½ litre jars for your ferments. We encourage you to bring whatever jars you already have, even if you need to bring four 250ml jars; just make sure they are washed and thoroughly rinsed.

Ladies Who Ferment is an all female fermentation collective from all 4 corners of the world. Our aim is to share, feed and educate about the importance and benefits of fermented foods. All the money raised will be donated to Action Aid.
