Organise Your Own Workshop

If you are a complete beginner or an adventurous fermenter and would like to explore the world of fermentation with me in a tailored private session - you are at the right place. We can organise a small, in person (up to 4 people) or online (up to 10 people) workshop and explore methods and ingredients of your choosing. We can make fermented hot sauces, kimchi, sauerkraut or other lactoferments, kids favourite rainbow ferments, gut-friendly brine shots, kombucha, kvass and other fermented drinks; we can take a deep dive into the world of koji, miso, amino sauces, tempeh and modern hybrids that excite your taste buds.
