Ladies Who Ferment is an all female fermentation collective from all 4 corners of the world.
Our aim is to share, feed and educate about the importance and benefits of fermented
foods. All the money raised will be donated to a Sudanese charity.
Omer Eltigani is a food archivist, chef, and author of an upcoming cookbook on Sudanese

We want to thank The Marksman Pub for giving us their space for the workshop. We will soon list
all local businesses who will donate ingredients for this event.
